Maya leads you through one of the wine world's most famous wine regions, Champagne. Which grapes are grown, what are the conditions for the winegrowers and what does the traditional method mean when it comes to production? What is the importance of yeast for both style and character? Three different champagnes are compared and Maya gives tips on which glasses and how to serve a champagne.
